If you have been with us for a while then you should be getting used to the regular frequency with which I send new significant product releases that we launch in the software.
It seems like it was just yesterday that we released email automation, which followed investor websites, which followed the CRM, which followed … you get the point.
Although the software has already evolved into one of the most powerful tools in your real estate investing toolbox, there was one thing that has eluded us for far too long…until now.
Motivated Seller Leads!
The problem with adding leads to REI/kit has always been the ability to source high quality data at an affordable price for our customers. Until now, this has been impossible to find.
This is especially true for the most important data that we’re looking for, which includes phone numbers (and in 50% of the cases emails) of some of the highest converting lead types.
So a while ago, while we were busy planning our next big feature for the quarter, I got a lead (pun intended) on a data source that satisfied all of those criteria.

These are trying times that we’re living in, and I’m doing everything in my power to keep the software as accessible as possible even while we continue to add more and more value.
Therefore pricing for current customers on any existing plans will not go up, and access to this feature will be automatically included in any plan that has CRM capability.
There will be only a modest increase in pricing for any new customers, and this will also include a monthly allotment of leads for those new plans.
