The most accurate after repair value of your property is one of the most important deal attributes that you need to understand, in order to ensure that you are getting into a profitable deal.

If you get this value right, then you can screw up a lot of other parts of your deal, and still come out on top. The opposite is not true, however.  If you get the value wrong, it doesn’t matter how well you manage a project: you’re still going to lose money.

Unfortunately, if you use a software that uses the free Zillow API for your valuation (any software that ends in –ator –eck –orce –eadsheet –ster –odio and many more), then you are leaving your valuation, and the success of your business to the worst data set available out there.
