How much value is in each module?
The ARV tool’s value comes from your ability to perform the most thorough CMA using standard appraisal techniques. Most investors skip this step and overpay for their properties. Why? Because all of the tools out there make it hard to do, including the MLS. You can experience a 1%-5% value difference between properties that are adjusted using our tool, vs those that aren’t. Accurate Rehab Estimates
Unless you have a contractor as part of your team, many contractors will gladly charge you $300 to bid on a property.
